English Language Institute and the Division of Special
Programs (DSP) for information about programs
• Outline type
of program needed including dates of program,hours
of instruction, maximum and minimum number of
students expected to participate, and whether grades or
credit are required. Also include services desired such
as airport
pickup and delivery, conversants, homestays, weekend
trips, and any other
details

calendar, and budget for program

housing for availabilty

budget and proposal
• Advertise
program
• Recruit
students
• Advise ELI/DSP of number of students

participants
apply for passports

for visa interviews with US Embassy

information meetings for participants
