ELI Learning Center Courses

Individualized Directed Learning

Students work in the Learning Center on the following: vocabulary development; test-taking skills; TOEFL; individualized reading, writing, and listening; speaking practice; and CALL (computer-assisted language learning). Students have opportunities for increased responsibility for goal setting and self-monitoring.

Computer Language Learning

In this course students learn different ways to practice English and develop computer skills. Students do word processing, data base, and spreadsheet exercises.
