Aim: Speaking, ask questions, express opinions

Level: Intermediate-advanced

Preparation: Have the same number of cards as students. Write a sentence about any topic on each card. Put the cards into a bag.

 

Procedure

 

1. Divide the students into groups [or let them study alone – optional]

2. Each student picks a card from the bag without showing the card to anyone else

3. The students read aloud what is on the card, one by one.

4. Other students ask as many questions as they can after listening to each sentence. Questions and answers are produced spontaneously.

5. Continue until the students finish.
