Biographical Information

Research Interests

Carol Tremblay's fields of interest are applied econometrics, labor economics, health economics and industrial organization. Recent work includes papers on AIDS education and sexual behavior, mental illness and labor market outcomes, cigarette advertising bans, concentration in the brewing industry, and the strategic behavior of brewers. She has published numerous articles in journals such as Health Economics, Journal of Human Resources, Journal of Industrial Economics, Review of Industrial Organization, and Review of Economics and Statistics.

Teaching

Professor Carol Tremblay teaches courses in the economics of discrimination, introduction to economic research, and econometrics.
