Kandice Marshall is an Ecampus Instructor for the Economics Program in the School of Public Policy at Oregon State University. Kandice received her PhD in Economics in 2011 at Oregon State University. She has worked as an instructor at Linfield College and Olympic College as well. She has also worked as an Economist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
