Inclusive Class Environments

This workshop focuses on specific things instructors can do to build and maintain a supportive and warm classroom environment, particularly for women, students of color, students with disabilities, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered students. Participants are given opportunities to evaluate their classroom climate and identify ways to facilitate an even more open and affirming climate for all students.
