About this Web Delivered Training ...

A Web Delivered Tutorial (WDT) is a series of text documents, web pages, and interactive exercises designed to be used as a tutorial for a software application. You must have an internet connection local to Oregon State University, or a VPN connection, to access this tutorial due to proprietary information.

The navigation buttons you will see at the top of the WDT pages include:

  • Tutorial
Will take you to the Tutorial content page.
  • Reference
Will open a new page with the complete course document PDF. The document is also divided into content segments which you may view with the exercises using the "Text" links.
  • Contact Us
Will open a new page with contact information for the help personnel and the Tutorial Web Master.
  • Appworx Link
Will open a new web page with the link to launch the DEV2 Appworx v.8 software.

The navigation buttons you will see within the Tutorial web page include:

  • Text
Will open a new web page of the course PDF document pertaining to the WDT topic you are studying.
  • Exercise
Will take you to an exercise demonstrating the WDT topic you are studying. At the end of each demonstration, use the buttons at the end of the exercise to navigate either to your next topic or back to the Tutorial page.

The links in the left navigation bar and at the bottom of the WDT pages will open within the same page: the UC4 icon and the ECS logo will take you to the Organization's home pages, and the OSU logo at the top will take you to the OSU Homepage. To return to this instruction page use the "home" link at the bottom of the Tutorial page.
