Confirmed Stripe Rust on winter wheat has been found in the Culver area and in Crook County.  Some fungicides can’t be applied after heading and some can be applied up until flowering.   In all cases apply according to the label.

Confirmed Stripe Rust on winter wheat has been found in the Madras area.  Found on Stephens wheat variety.  Some fungicides can’t be applied after heading and some can be applied up until flowering.   In all cases apply according to the label.

Cereal leaf beetles have been found in the spring wheat fields at COARC.  They emerge in the spring and lay eggs on the upper surface of small grain leaves.
