Conexiones is a week-long orientation program specifically designed for Chicano/Latino/Hispanic students who are new to OSU and the greater Corvallis community. This program was started in 2001 to ensure that Chicano/Latino/Hispanic students are successful at the university.

Conexiones provides information on various topics that include but are not limited to: financial aid, deadlines, resources available on campus, procedures and requirements, and much more. Since its start Conexiones has helped approximately 300 students get connected to OSU.

The week-long event is aimed at connecting students to the university, to Corvallis, and to the local resources and businesses throughout Benton and Linn counties. The week is full of workshops and various events that will help students make friendship and learn skills that will help them in the future.
