The Multicultural Community Intern (MCI) is someone who helps a hall and/or area staff group to create a positive living/learning environment through assistance with programming, hall council, communication and community development that focuses on inclusiveness. The MCI will be a liaison between University Housing and Dining Services (UHDS) and other departments they may be involved in on campus in an effort to encourage open dialog, build inclusive communities, and create connections with other campus resources that enhance cross cultural understanding, communication, diversity, and healthy study habits of residents in their assigned living group area.
