Trouble Shooting a Manual
Problem: When I click on a policy link in the table of contents, the second window that opens up is small and doesn't cover the entire monitor screen.
Analysis: There is nothing wrong with the online policy & procedure manual. Rather, your Internet browser settings need adjusted in the second window. If you want the second window to cover the entire screen, then follow the directions in the solution section below.
Solution: The directions below should allow a user to adjust the settings in their Internet browser if using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Place your cursor on the upper left corner of the second window until the cursor turns into a line with arrowheads on both ends. Left click your mouse and hold, while you drag the corner of the window up to the top, left corner of your monitor screen.

Place your cursor on the upper right corner of the second window until the cursor turns into a line with arrowheads on both ends. Left click your mouse and hold, while you drag the corner of the window up to the top, right corner of your monitor screen.
- If needed, using the same procedure as above, drag one of the bottom corners of the second window over to its corresponding corner in the monitor screen.
