To ensure Oregon State University continues to obtain quality construction services and materials and maintains consistent character and standards in the physical environment of the campus.
All campus construction and all procurements for construction materials or services, including those for under $5,000.
In order to provide for durable, maintainable campus facilities, OSU Facilities Services has developed the OSU Design Criteria to support the campus master plan and OSU policies related to facility design and maintenance. Included in the criteria are specific directions and products that must be incorporated in construction documents for all campus construction projects.
