OSU MPL 002: Motor Pool Mission

The Motor Pool is committed to:

1. providing courteous, timely, efficient, and cost effective ground transportation service to OSU and other authorized governmental entities,
2. operating the Motor Pool on a self-sustaining basis,
3. providing regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and vehicle/equipment repair services in an economical and timely manner,
4. providing each customer with exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in an acceptable manner.
