Hello,
My name is Cadet Major Shaun Kibby and I and my staff has put together NSO 2009. We designed the completely voluntary NSO to be an introduction into Air Force ROTC program with emphasis on building confidence and teamwork. This voluntary 5 day program is an excellent opportunity for you to get to know your fellow classmates while learning basic marching, uniform wear, and military knowledge. You will have the opportunity to experience and practice the Air Force Core Values of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence In All We Do while your trainers will demonstrate the skill of relentless professionalism. You are about to experience 5 days of what the Air Force can bring to your life and to build the foundation of your potential Officer career. The next NSO Staff will be choosen soon and will begin working on NSO 2010. We at Det685 look forward to meeting each of you and are eager to see the best of what you have to offer in the days and months to come. If you have any questions about this program contact our Unit Admissions Officer.
Very Respectfully
Shaun M. Kibby, C/Major, AFROTC
