As Affirmative Action Associate, Anne is responsible for developing and implementing a program that provides information about discrimination, affirmative action, and effective recruitment strategies to faculty in order to enhance recruitment and retention of women, people of color, and persons with disabilities. Outside of the office, Anne enjoys cooking and riding horses.

As Program Associate, Jennifer provides technical and analytical support, program support, and office coordination, and organizes training and outreach efforts on topics related to affirmative action and equal opportunity.
