Each department has been provided a copy of this document to aid them in advertising broadly to fill positions.
The Advertising and Recruiting Resources lists colleges and universities, agencies, and organizations that distribute position openings to women, persons of color, persons with disabilities and Vietnam-era veterans. In addition to addresses and phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses and web addresses, are provided, when available.
Printing and Mailing Services maintains a list of the organizations named in this directory. Departments may order sections of the list to be used in a particular recruitment by submitting a completed Mailing Services Job order form or call 737-2967 for information.
If departments choose to send out their own position announcements, pressure sensitive labels may be ordered from Printing Mailing Services.
