Field Crews

Currently we have filled all positions for this summer's field work.  Please check back for positions available for the 2010 field seasons. The position announcement will be posted here when openings are available.  We will begin the hiring process in February and March for spring and summer positions.

All of our positions typically require working in all types of weather conditions and hiking up to 10 miles per day in remote, rugged terrain.  Some positions will require camping. Employees will be responsible for accurately recording field data, maintaining equipment, and using hand held computers to locate sample sites.  Additional duties may include contacting landowners, entering data into computer databases and writing field reports.
