Duties:Gil works in the berry crops production/physiology research program and USDA-ARS Cooperative breeding program at the NWREC (led by Dr. Bernadine Strik). He establishes and manages berry crop research plantings at the NWREC and works on collaborative research projects at the NWREC and at grower cooperator sites.
Education:Gil has an M.S. in Soil Science from OSU (1999) and has been employed at the NWREC since graduating.
