IIFET 2010 Montpellier OECD Prize for Best Policy Paper Instructions

1. Prize submissions: To submit your paper for one of the prize competitions, email your pdf files to Ann.L.Shriver@oregonstate.edu by March 20, 2010. Please carefully read all instructions pertaining to the prize you are submitting for, provided elsewhere on this website, before submitting your paper. OECD and JIFRS Yamamoto papers must be submitted in the proceedings format described here. Best Student Papers and Developing Country Aquaculture Economics Best Student Paper submissions have different formatting requirements; please see links for further detail. Papers which do not meet the contest or formatting rules may be returned to you for correction.
2. Final Paper Submission for Proceedings: Final papers in the above-described PDF format, completely ready for publication must be uploaded to our online collection system by the last day of the IIFET 2010 Montpellier Conference, July 16, 2010. If you are unable to make your own PDF file, you may bring your file in word processed final format to the IIFET Secretariat desk at the conference, during the hours when a student assistant is available. The assistant may be able to help you convert your document. You will need to carefully review any document converted for you, to ensure that all text, numbers, equations, figures, etc. converted properly. Then you may submit the PDF file online. You may upload your paper yourself, from any internet access point, during the conference period.

3. Author permission form: Please stop by the IIFET Secretariat desk and sign a permission to publish form for each of the papers you want to submit.
