Please read and follow these steps very carefully.
1. Submit your abstract through the normal abstract submission process. Visit http://www.colloque.ird.fr/iifet-2010/ to submit your abstract online.
2. Once your abstract has been accepted for ORAL presentation, you may proceed to the next step: contact Kara Keenan at iifet@oregonstate.edu and request a registration number for the paper you intend to submit.
3. Once you've received your registration number, you may prepare your paper. Your paper may be on any topic of relevance to the economics of aquaculture in developing countries. This is an important requirement of the agency which funds the prize. Please do not submit a paper for consideration unless your abstract is accepted by the Scientific Committee. NEW THIS YEAR!!! You will be submitting your paper with a separable title and author page, for a blind review.
