Other Information:

Visas: Please contact your nearest US Embassy or Consulate to find out whether visas are required for residents of your country to attend conferences in the USA. You are urged to make necessary arrangements well in advance, as obtaining visas can take weeks or months.

Language: All communications and presentations will be in English, IIFET's official language. No translation facilities are available.

Press: Authorized members of the press are welcome to cover IIFET 2000. Please contact the IIFET Secretariat for further information. Valid press credentials will be requested at registration.

Insurance: The organizing committee accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to delegates, either during or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance before arrival.

Cancellation policy: We will refund 100% of any registration fees you have paid, if you cancel attendance at IIFET 2000 before June 15, 2000. 75% of your fees can be returned on cancellations received June 15-July 5. Cancellations after July 5 and no-shows can not be reimbursed.
