OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY DORMITORY LODGING | ||

Oregon State University is reserving rooms in a dormitory for the IIFET 2000 Conference. The dormitory is arranged with a shared bathroom betwen every two rooms. Each room has two beds. Bedding and towels are provided for each person. Breakfast may be purchased in the cafeteria. Lunch and dinner are also available for reasonable charges. The meetimg site is on campus and is walking distance from the dormitory. Restaurants are within walking distance as well. Sharing a room with a roomate costs $25 per person. having a room without a roomate costs $50. The dormitory is not air conditioned. Televisions are not availabel in the sleeping rooms, but are available in lounge areas. Families can be assigned adjoining rooms with a shared bathroom. Corvallis Transit buses can be used from a campus location. Downtown Corvallis is about 1.5 miles and is a nice walk. If you wish to stay in the dormitory, it will be necessary to contact Claire Renard, IIFET Conference Coordinator, for reservations and room assignments. | ||
