When changes on your site do not immediately show, or when they show to a logged in user but not to an anonymous one, the culprit is most often a cache that needs to be cleared. Generally the cache that requires clearing is the Drupal site's cache.
In an OSU Drupal 6 site, the only role that can clear the cache is the Administrator. To clear the cache, do the following:
