Site Request Form

Please be sure to read the requirements for the type of site you are requesting.

• OSU College or Department (Includes course site requests) - We will verify all requests with the Dean's Office or department head of your respective college or department, so please inform them of your request beforehand. Complete the form, indicating that this request is for a new site, and provide the details of the organization, ownership, and initial gatekeeper of the site. Once we receive the request, and have confirmed the ownership and representation of the site, you will be notified via e-mail.
• University Housing and Dining Services (UHDS) - Requests for new sites or changes to existing sites should start with Chris White or Eric Hansen in University Housing and Dining.
• Greek Life Group - New fraternity, sorority, or honor society sites sponsored by Greek Life (IFC and NPC) need to have approval from Bob Kerr.
• Student Groups - Only registered student organizations are eligible for websites. If you have questions about your group's status or about becoming a registered group, contact Dante Holloway. If you have questions about your club's status or about becoming a registered sports club, contact Dave Fehring. • Faculty and Staff Groups - Faculty and Staff organizations follow similar procedures to OSU College or Department sites. We verify all requests with the sponsoring Dean's Office or department head, so please inform them of your request beforehand, and let us know who to contact.
