Description:
Phase II of the TRF project involved streamlining the entire TRF proposal submission process. We built upon the committee tools developed in Phase I and expanded on admin and user abilities regarding proposal processing. Users may now submit all proposal information online, dramatically reducing overhead and improving productivity and uniformality of all submitted data. With the completion of Phase II, the entire TRF process can now be managed from a simple web interface.

- Committee voting tools have been improved. They allow all members to vote on a given application. This tool is now sortable by any column.
- Users may save drafts until they are satisfied enough with a proposal to submit it.
- Threaded committee discussion tools allow committee members to view and discuss all proposals online before casting their vote.
- CSV export of all submitted votes.
