We are excited to have you and thank you for your participation as a Sponsor/Exhibitor for the 2010 Willamette Innovators Night! This dynamic and interactive event and “Open Innovation Exhibit Hall” will take place on November 11, 2010 at the CH2M HILL Alumni Center and LaSells Stewart Center. Please refer to the detailed schedule for more information.

Booth registration and check in is from 11:00am - 2:00pm in the foyer of the CH2M HILL Alumni Center. We ask that all booths be set and ready by 3:00pm.

We hope that your booth is set up and ready by 1:00 so that you can join us in the Austin Auditorium at the LaSells Stewart Center for a keynote "Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Overcoming Challenges and the Value of Peer Mentoring" with Ryan Buchanan & John Friess. Following the keynote will be a panel discussion addressing the topic of economic development across the region, The "Open Innovation Hall" will be open from 4:00-7:00pm.  After that, please join us in Austin Auditorium at the LaSells Stewart Center for Ignite Corvallis 3!

Use the following information to prepare your exhibit for WIN 2010:

The goal of your exhibition booth should be to tell something remarkable about your company and its progress, providing the innovation community with good information and conversation that can be carried forward out into the world.  This is a very dynamic and interactive event. We encourage your “booth” to be dynamic, interactive and conversational. 

 

 

 


Connect and Engage:  We want you to connect and engage with other innovators and share interests, experiences, ideas and projects. If you are looking for employees, we want you to find the best candidates that our region has to offer. We want you to find new interesting and innovative people and partners to collaborate with.

Exhibit/Booth Area Assignment and Registration

11:00am -2:00pm

CH2M HILL Alumni Center Foyer

At registration you will receive your booth assignment and one parking pass  

Please have your booth set-up by

3:00pm

 

We ask that all booths are set up by 3:00pm

 

Loading/

Unloading Information 

 

 

·      Unload your materials from either the West or North entrance of the Alumni Center.  Short term parking (while unloading) is available at either entrance.  

·      One parking pass will be provided at registration for each exhibitor table

 

Parking

 

 

·      Parking permits must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle at all times

·      One parking pass will be provided for each exhibitor table

·      Additional Visitor permits are $7 for the day and are required Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Parking permits must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Parking permits may be purchased on-site the day of the event at parking pay stations in these designated parking areas. Permits may also be purchased and printed any time prior to coming to campus at the link below:

·      Visitor Parking is available in designated visitor lots by Reser Stadium to the west or in the parking garage to the north of the Alumni Center

The exhibit hall design will be interactive.  In addition to pipe & drape and you will be provided with:

 

  • One 8’ table with white linen and skirt

 

  • Company name displayed above your table 

Electricity

We cannot guarantee that you will have access to electricity – but we will do the best we can
