Conference Fees & Cancellation Policy:
Those who cancel their reservations at least five business days prior to the start of the conference will be entitled to a full refund (minus a $25 administrative fee). Thereafter, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Substitutions are acceptable.

The College of Forestry at OSU reserves the right to cancel conferences due to low enrollment.

Expo Information:
As part of the conference we invite suppliers to participate as Exhibitors. Exhibitor Booths will measure 8 by 10 feet and will have drapes on three sides along with a sign. Booths include one table and 2 chairs plus an electrical hookup with two outlets. Any additional arrangements must be made directly with the hotel.


Booths will be available for set-up beginning around 1 pm on Wednesday, October 22. We will host a reception in the Expo room from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm that night and will also hold lunch in the room on Tuesday.

Booth registration is $400 per booth and does not include meeting registration. If you intend to take part in the meetings and consume the lunches, we request that you please register as a delegate.
