Information for Speakers:
Plenary Presentations
- you can either bring your own laptop or bring your presentation on a USB drive to use with the conference laptop
- please limit your presentation to 25 minutes to allow for questions
Poster Presentations
- following the tradition of past US-Japan Seminars, poster presenters will make a short poster introduction:
- US presenters: 3 minutes
- Japanese presenters: 4 minutes
- please bring your presentation on a USB drive to the registration desk prior to your session so that we can upload it onto the conference laptop
Poster Preparations
- each poster will be allocated the dimensions 4 feet (120 cm) horizontal by 8 feet (240 cm) vertical
- poster mounting supplies will be provided on-site
- please mount your poster the morning of your presentation and remove it at the end of the day.
