Corvallis is located 90 minutes South of the Portland International Airport (PDX) and 40 miles North of the Eugene Airport (EUG).

Shuttle service is available from PDX every 90 minutes. Shuttle service is also available from Eugene to Corvallis. Advance shuttle booking is suggested from both Portland and Eugene.

To OSU from I-5: take the Highway 34 (exit 228) which reads "Corvallis/Oregon State University" head west along Highway 34 for about 10 miles to Corvallis.

Parking is available on-campus for $5 per day, all day use in designated visitors lots. Permits are required at all times and may be purchased online with conference registration or purchased directly from Parking Services, Adams Hall - Corvallis, OR.
