Campus Grounds Use Requests: Use of the many outdoor areas, such as lawns and parking lots on campus, are coordinated by OSU Conference Services(subject to suitability and availability).

Campus Classroom Use: Non-academic use of campus classrooms, for conference or club meeting use is coordinated by OSU Conference Services. For more information and to determine availability call 541-737-2402.

Campus Event Coordinator's Network

The Campus Event Coordinator's Network (CECN) is an organization of 250 campus-affiliated individuals who are responsible for planning events in various departments. Networking, by means of quarterly newsletters, an email list serve and periodic social events, allows event coordinators to hone their planning skills, share experiences and learn more about event planning.

The annual OSU Event Planners' Tradeshow, one of the most highly anticipated events of the year, provides a variety of on- and off-campus vendors with the opportunity to market products and services to CECN members.
