Terms & Conditions
In exchange for the benefits listed, the sponsor agrees to provide:
- Cash in the amount listed on the previous pages, payable upon signing of your contract
- Permission to use logo, artwork, and ads in event promotional materials
- Assistance in promoting event to employees and clients through internal company channels, advertising, media buys, and word of mouth
- Sponsor will provide all materials for the event table including: hand outs, AV, promotional materials, and staff to manage handing that information out.
- Sponsor will provide camera–ready print copy by July 31, 2008
- All sponsorship packages are designed to meet the needs of the sponsor, and are negotiable based upon those needs. Marketing materials may be added during the course of the year and quantities are subject to change.
- Sponsors/Exhibitors shall secure at its own expense and keep in effect during the term of this Agreement, General Liability Insurance, covering personal bodily injury, wrongful death, property damage and contractual liability, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
- This insurance policy is to be issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in the State of Oregon. The State of Oregon, acting by and through the State Board of Higher Education on behalf of Oregon State University, its officers, employees, and agents shall be included as additional insured in said insurance policy. A certificate of insurance naming OSU as additional insured must be filed with OSU by July 31, 2008.
- NOTE: The Sponsor/Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by Hilton Hotel Vancouver Washington its owners or managers, which results from any act or omission of Sponsor/Exhibitor. Sponsor/Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oregon State University, agents, and employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from or arising from or out of the Sponsor/Exhibitor’s use of the property. Sponsor/Exhibitor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Sponsor/Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of Sponsor/Exhibitor’s occupancy and/or use of the exhibition premises, Hilton Hotel Vancouver Washington or any part thereof. The Sponsor/Exhibitor understands that the Hilton Hotel Vancouver Washington or Oregon State University does not maintain insurance covering the Sponsor/Exhibitor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. This information also serves as the official Sponsor/Exhibitor Prospectus.
The Micro Nano Breakthrough Conference will be solely responsible for the production and distribution of all marketing materials, unless otherwise stated in your sponsorship agreement. Sponsors are encouraged to involve their employees and clients in this event by encouraging Event Participation and promoting additional sponsorship opportunities.
This document is a proposal and is not binding on either party. Sponsorship levels will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Once an agreement is reached, a sponsorship contract will be drafted and mailed for your signature and approval. |
