Registration
Registration for the conference includes a continental breakfast on Thursday, lunch on Thursday and Friday, and light refreshments at breaks.

Registration on or before August 22, 2008 is $50.
Registration after August 22, 2008 is $65.

**Note: Conference registration is limited.  Early registration is encouraged.

An attendee directory may be made available to conference participants.  If you do NOT want to be included in the directory, please check the box that indicates you do not want to be included.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the low conference registration fee, there is no refund for cancellation. We encourage a substitution should you have to cancel. Please inform conference services if you will not attend or if someone else will attend in your place.
