For payments being made by OUS index, the accountant for OSU Conference Services will process the payment and provide a record of the transaction for your information. If you have chosen to pay by Purchase Order, an invoice will be sent to you shortly.
Original receipts will be distributed at the conference. If you need a receipt in advance of the conference for reimbursement purposes, please contact OSU Conference Services at 1-800-678-6311 to request a copy of your receipt.
All cancellation requests need to be made in writing (via email or regular mail) on or before May 15, 2007. Cancellation requests made by that date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee only (minus a $25 administrative fee). Requests for refunds after the cancellation cut-off date will not be granted, however substitutions will be allowed.
Parking is located across the street from the CH2M HILL Alumni Center in the Reser Stadium parking lot or in the new parking structure to the north of the Alumni Center. Parking is $5 per day during weekdays. You may purchase your pass on the day of the conference from the pay station in either location. If you will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, you may park free in their lot as a guest.
A special discounted rate has been arranged with the Hilton Garden Inn - Corvallis at the rate of $89/night plus tax. Please make your reservation before 5/1/2007 to ensure the group discount. To make a reservation, please call (541) 752-5000 and let them know you are with "Centennial Celebration" group. Please see "Travel & Lodging" for more detailed information on area tourism.
