OSU Conference Services, a full-service conference services provider, has been a part of Oregon State University for more than 15 years. Located in the LaSells Stewart Center, the Conference Services Department plays a vital role in coordinating and/or hosting conferences and events on and off campus and developing conferences in partnership with various university departments, as well as managing the LaSells Stewart Center.
OSU's conference facilities are an extremely unique and flexible meeting space in configuration and administration. OSU's conference facilities consist of the CH2M HILL Alumni Center and the LaSells Stewart Center. The two centers - adjacent to one another, physically connected yet distinct entities - provide meeting space, while the Hilton Garden Inn serves as the headquarters hotel.
