Organizes day of service events and ongoing community service projects;
Administers Students In Service, an Americorp program for college students that offers educational awards (ranging from $1,000 to $2,300) to students who complete 300, 450, or 900 hours of service in one to two academic years;
Sponsors educational sessions about critical community issues; and
Provides consultation and information about service opportunities on- and off-campus.
