Security & Volunteers
About 50 volunteers are needed to serve as information specialists and assist guests during the commencement ceremony. Commencement volunteers play an important service and public relations role. As a volunteer, you will:
- Provide directions and programs.
- Assist family and friends of our graduates in finding seats.
- Assist guests with special needs.
All volunteers will receive confirmation and detailed information about their tasks before the commencement ceremony. If you have a cell phone, please bring it on Sunday so we can reach you if needed.

Volunteer Schedule
9:30 a.m. - Volunteer check-in and mandatory briefing. Please enter Reser Stadium at Gate C.
9:45 a.m. - Program distribution to graduate seating.
11:30 a.m. - Gates open to guests.
1 p.m. - Commencement ceremony begins.
