The Gang

Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies is the multidisciplinary study of women's lives and experiences.

Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies place women's concerns, gender analysis, and/or LGBTQ experience at the center of academic study.  We recognize that gender and sexuality intersect with other categories of identity and experience, including race, ethnicity, social class, ability, and age.  Our courses examine a wide range of topics from multidisciplinary perspectives.  We encourage community involvement and activism, and our majors, minors, and graduate students complete internships with social change agencies and organizations.
