Room Scheduling
Room scheduling for all of Benton Hall is limited to music department personnel and music students only.
To reserve a room, please follow these steps:
Using the links below, see if the room is available for the time and date you wish to reserve.
If the room is not already reserved for the desired time, contact the Music Department with all of the following information:
- Your Name
- Phone number
- Room number(s)desired
- Day/Date
- Duration of use with starting time and ending time
- Purpose (i.e. recital, hearing, band or choir sectional, outside event)
- Faculty sponsor or class if applicable (i.e. name of voice instructor or MUS 494 recording/editing)
You will be contacted if there is an unforeseen problem with the schedule request.
