At OSU, you'll find a dynamic community of people passionate about music. Corvallis has become one of Oregon's most vibrant centers for the performing arts, boasting theater companies and dance troupes, a chamber music series, opera, and the Corvallis-OSU Symphony Orchestra.
The Corvallis community is enriched with performances as music students share their talents through the OSU Chamber Choir, the OSU Marching Band, the symphony, chamber ensembles, pep bands, Concert Band, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, solo recitals, OSU Opera Workshops, and other choral, vocal, and instrumental groups.
Extracurricular music ensembles featuring OSU music students also perform classical, folk and vernacular music, as well as jazz, rock 'n roll and blues on campus and beyond.
