OSU Summer Session June 24 to July 19, 2013. With a required weeklong intensive field session. 4 credits
This course explores how farms and communities interact with and influence each other. We will examine the agronomic and social processes that create the national, regional, and local food systems that feed cities. The course is delivered with segments of independent study and an intensive field session.
