Yamhill Field School

OSU Anthropology Dept. will be holding one of two archaeology field school at the historic Fort Yamhill site.

The archaeological field school will be held at the 1856 - 1866 site of Fort Yamhill near Grand Ronde, Oregon. Students will learn modern archaeological field methods including excavation, survey, mapping, artifact identification, and analytical techniques. Transportation to and from the site will be provided from the OSU campus. The field school will begin July1.
