The email address to use to contact the event coordinator.
The day that the event is supposed to take place.
The name of the event.
The address that the event is to be held at.
This is the time that set-up for the event is scheduled to start.
The time that clean up for event is scheduled to end.
This is the time that the event is scheduled to start.

This is where you describe what is going to be happening at your event.
Use this to denote the floor and room number or something else like the courtyard.
Describe what the decorations will look like or the "build" that has been planned.
How many participants are expected at the event?
How many guests will there be per member at the event?
Will any of these be at your event?
All recognized student organizations shall contuct affairs in a lawful and ethical manner and in accordance with University policies and procedures, city ordinances, state statues, and federal law.
