Credential Files
The Credential File Program at OSU ended on January 1, 2007. No files
exist at OSU.
All records of your attendance at OSU, including transcripts, are permanent
records and available through the Registrar's Office. Their phone number
is 541-737-4331.
Other Service Options
There are several file options available for those who wish to continue
having a credential file.
1. Maintain your own non-confidential file.
2. Use a commercial service provider such as:
a. eAcadem.com
b. Interfolio.com
c. CredentialZapp.com
Some of these service providers will maintain confidential file materials.
