REGISTRATION AND REFUND POLICY
FOR OSU CAREER FAIRS

Employers reserve booth space by completing registration on-line. Payments must be included at the time of, or follow immediately after online registration. We accept checks, VISA, and MasterCard. Submission of the registration form by an employer is considered a reservation and agreement to this Registration and Refund Policy. You will receive an email registration/reservation confirmation and information packet. The last page of the packet is the invoice. Please be sure this invoice is forwarded to your Accounts Payable personnel. By registering for the Career/Engineering Fairs, you are agreeing to the full cost of the fair, regardless of whether your company attends the fair.

FULL REFUND REQUIREMENTS

A full refund of your registration fee can be accommodated if cancellation notice is received in writing, via email, no later than 10 calendar days prior to the career fair for which you have registered.

LATE CANCELLATION FEE

There will be $150 late cancellation fee for cancellations beginning on the 9th calendar day prior to the fair for which you have registered.

NO SHOW FEE

If your company registers for the fair but does not attend, and did not cancel prior to the fair, you will be responsible to pay the full registration fee, since the booth you reserved could not be purchased by anyone else.

LATE PAYMENT FEE

Payment is due no later than 30 days after the fair for which you have registered. Payments not received within this 30 day period will incur an additional fee of $50.00.

COLLECTIONS

If payment of the original registration fee plus the late fee is not received by 60 days after the fair for which you registered, the information will be forward to the OSU Business Affairs Collections Office. The Collections Office may attach additional collections fees, and the delinquent accounts will be subject to a 12% APR interest until paid in full.
