Posting On-Campus Jobs

Oregon State University is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer and hiring students gives you an opportunity to diversify your office. Please list all available jobs with Student Employment to give all students equal opportunity to apply. Career Services adheres to the Faculty Guide to Ethical and Legal Standards in Student Hiring set by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.

The larger the pool of applicants, the greater the chance of identifying a quality employee. Oregon State University has some of the most dependable, hard working students anywhere. List your available positions with Career Services Student Employment. Save time and resources.

Students can apply to your job in the way that best meets the department's needs:

  • OSU Student Employment Application: download in Microsoft Word, WordPerfect or PDF or: request a hard copy from Career Services, 8 Kerr Administration, 737-0520
  • Using an application provided by the department
  • Emailing or phoning the department or the student employer
  • Personal visit to the department

It's easy to list jobs through our online Beaver JobNet system. Hiring student workers is a cost effective way to minimize your workload while giving a student an opportunity to learn about another aspect of OSU.
