Posting Jobs (a free service to employers)
Career Services uses a web based recruiting system called
Beaver Recruiting to assist employers in posting jobs, company information,
schedules, and application materials.
Oregon State University is pleased
to offer you free access to this online system so that you can reach our students
with jobs and internships.
OSU does not post positions that require financial investment from applicants
Follow these 6 easy steps for access to post a job (a one-time process)
Step 1: Click on the following link to access our employer login page http://oregonstate.erecruiting.com/emp/sblogin.
Step 2: Select to “Create an Account”
Step 3: Enter your email address and click “Submit”. This will
assure that you don’t already have an account with Experience.
Step 4: Fill in all other required fields and agree to the “Terms
of Service”
Step 5: Click the “Submit” button to complete the account creation
process
Step 6: Next, select the link to “Request Access” to our school
• We will be alerted to the pending request for access and will view
the employer details and choose to "Accept" or "Decline".
•
If accepted, we will create the new employer record, or match you to an existing
one if you are a new contact to that employer.
•
If we "Decline", you will be sent email notification. Declining will
permanently remove your request.
Once we accept the request for access, we will send you an email with notification
of your acceptance and instructions regarding posting jobs. You are then connected
to Oregon State University. The next time you access eRecruiting you will automatically
be connected to Oregon State. No school-specific username or password will
ever be required.
