My Role at OSU:

Student, Career Assistant and Career Fair Assistant Coordinator.

 

My Career Path:

I am currently a Human Services major in HDFS with a focus in counseling. After I graduate here at OSU, I would like to attend graduate school to receive a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) in high hopes of becoming a Couple's Counselor/Sex Therapist.

 

The Rewards in Doing what I do:

I am able to work with peers as well as gain better knowledge about future career-related aspects.

 

My Words of Wisdom to Students:

Do not procrastinate!! This is hypocritical for me to say, of all people, but honestly.. college years come and go more quickly than you realize! Also, get involved with community service/volunteering/internships.. these experiences not only look great on resumes for future employers, but they make you a more well-rounded person as well.
