Richardson Hall was constructed with help from a gift of Kaye and Ward, her father, Richardson's 1,400 acre tree plantation near Falls City, Oregon. This 100,000 square foot building is home to the Departments of Forest Science, and Wood Science & Engineering.  In addition to classroom, computing and office spaces, Richardson Hall provides unique laboratories, including a Bio-level 3 AHPIS certified containment facility, a steam feed kiln, and a structural testing room that can simulate earthquake and hurricane damage.
