    Keeping track of the Proposal-
  1. Submission to and forward by AP
  2. Budget and Fiscal Planning Review
  3. Graduate Council Review
  4. Curriculum Council Review
  5. Faculty Senate Approval via FS Executive Committee
  6. OUS Provost Council
  7. External Review (if grad)
  8. State Board of Higher Ed
  9. Campus Announcement
