Offering an Approved Course for Delivery at OSU-Cascades
A Course Notification Form is used to
certify that:
- the course has approval from the Corvallis Department Head and the
Cascades Program Leader.
- faculty from Corvallis and Cascades have be allowed an advisory role
in the decision to offer this course
Upon receipt of this signed Course Notification Form, the Office of Academic
Programs and Academic Assessment will send out a notification to:
- the Corvallis College Dean
- the Curriculum Council
- the Cascades CEO
- the Dean of the Graduate School (if a graduate course)
- the Graduate Council (if a graduate course)
- the General Catalog
