OSU Policy on Veteran Status
Policy Description
It is the policy of Oregon State University that no employee or applicant for employment will be discriminated against because he or she is a Special disabled veteran, veteran of the Vietnam-era, or any other veteran who served on active duty during a war on a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized.
Oregon State University is committed to hiring and promoting Special disabled veterans, Vietnam Era veterans, and Other Eligible Veterans without discrimination based upon their disability or veteran status in all employment practices such as employment upgrading, demotion or transfer, recruitment, advertising, layoff or termination, rates of pay or other forms of compensation, and selection for training.
